The South African-born, Canadian pop artist, David Browning, has always been enthralled with making music since a young age. While working in medicine, Browning maintains his true passion for music through his brand new EP, Now You See Me.
While currently working as a primary family physician in Vancouver, Browning takes up writings songs anywhere he finds inspiration from a cruise ship to recording studios in Bali.
Browning teamed up with Grammy-award winning producer, Ian Prince, for the EP. The 3-song setup of classic pop songs opening with the danceable “Stay Over.” Opening with a steady drum beat, soon layering synths, Browning delivers a solid dance-pop track ready for the clubs. Delivering a solid beat drop, this the perfect track for that dance festival.
The track “Call Me When You’re Single” is a look at love and relationships through a comedic lens. The third and final track on the EP is titled “Always Inside” and it is a beautiful example of Browning’s abilities for arrangements, lyrics, and just crafting a beautiful song. Stream the EP here.
