Marc Kamhi
Breakdown

Marc Kamhi’s EP “Breakdown” opens with the line “it’s all the same”, an unfortunately accurate summation of everything that follows. Kamhi’s vocal style is a hybrid of Springsteen, Tom Petty, and Bob Dylan. Accompanied only by his acoustic guitar, he sings of the pains and frustrations of life. Despite a genuine delivery, Kamhi has yet to develop his musical fingerprint. Lyrics like “time can heal all wounds” are too familiar and haphazard to be effective. With such rock and roll potential, the biggest surprise of the album is how innocuous it turns out to be.

Ouch, but yeah. It was rushed, but what is coming next will validate the potential you spoke of.
