| Everpresent is Matthew Cahoon, a unique vocalist, keyboardist, percussionist, and songwriter.As the nucleus and self-contained one-man band of Everpresent, Matthew has recruited several talented live and session performers over the past 9 years to assist him in bringing his vision to light, and over the years the group has received press in several countries, college radio play in 25 states and Canada, and the video for the first single from “Phoenix” entitled “Darklight” has been featured on over 55 websites including Spike TV and Bing.com. The video was also featured nationwide on alternative music Comcast/Verizon television programs.The group’s latest release, “Phoenix” , available on Itunes, has been recorded by Kenny P. of Elephant Music Group and co-produced/engineered by Steve Catizone and James Willetts of Sanctum Sound (whose clients include Stevie Wonder, Tom Hamilton of Aerosmith, David Bowie, Mario, Ludacris, Gary Cherone, and Earth Wind and Fire).The songs presented on the 2011 Phoenix album present a potent new style of Dark Pop Electronica to the current musical landscape, and also features the return of longtime Everpresent collaborator Victoria Mierlak and the addition of the multi-talented Yeshiva.
