Singer / songwriter Steve Dunn releases his fourth independent CD following extensive touring and long sessions honing his craft in the DIY world of music. This new ten song CD is available at live shows, iTunes, and multiple other digital sites. The new singles “Lady Luck” and “Where I Want To Be” are well received at live shows and quickly becoming fan favorites. Dunn has spent the last few years not only as a solo artist but also as a touring session player for other successful artists gaining national recognition. Touring non-stop both nationally and internationally as an independent artist has seasoned him as a songwriter, a performer, and a businessman.
Dunn’s style, a combination of rock, pop, and country is the perfect fit for live settings. His ability to engage a crowd and keep them entertained comes from years of performing. Dunn, released his debut album, Ok To Drive in late 2004. Comprised of eleven original songs, the CD is soft-toned and lyrically smart, yet with definite rock flair. The follow up 2007 release was a five song EP entitled “Great Escape” that was well received by both his loyal following and peer musicians, helping him to secure new fans while attaining both commercial and college radio play. The 2009 five song EP entitled “Plan B” proved to be extremely successful on a national tour and secured Dunn spots on morning TV and both college and commercial radio across the country.
