I am really excited about this new artist out of the Philly-NJ area. Originally, from New Jersey, Orion Sun, is a new artist and is thrilled to share her brand new music video for her first single, “Ne Me Quitte Passe (Don’t Leave Me)”.
The song, she explains in a press release, is about “falling in love unexpectedly & feeling like its too good to be true but actually it’s good and true. This feeling was proof to me that good things can happen to people that feel ugly inside.”
She’s shared the stage with artists including Daniel Caesar, Noname, Ibeyi, and Sudan Archives. As a 23-year-old black woman, much of her writing content is about “dealing and learning about life’s obstacles and celebrations” and those everyday topics are best understood through her lyrics.
