Their/There/They’re- common grammatical mistakes beginners at English or really, anyone could make. Well, Their/They’re/There are definitely not beginners. All three members, Evan Weiss (Into It. Over It.), Mike Kinsella (Owen, Cap’n Jazz), and Matthew Frank (Loose Lips Sink Ships), have been in the music scene for a long time running now. Their/They’re/There do not disappoint. Their sound is fast, lyrics blurring into one another. On the track “Curtain Call,” the words are fuzzy and a listener can imagine the band playing in a garage somewhere. “New Blood” is a track about being along with a special someone, with fluid lyrics such as, “traveling through stations, frequencies and faces.” The band is still driving in the same lane of emotional, pop-punk, so to speak. It’s safe to say they’re doing their thing there on this album.
