Looking for something to do this weekend? How about a citywide bar crawl? This Saturday, May 3rd, will be the World’s Largest Bar Crawl in Philadelphia, attempting a Guinness World Record currently held by a 2013 crawl in Kansas City.
This is a unique opportunity to have some fun on a weekend, and to break a world record in the process! The Crawl will also benefit several worthy causes, including “Young Variety” which raises money for children with disabilities, and the Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5, which advocates for Philadelphia police officers and offers support to families of officers who lost their lives in the line of duty. The Crawl is sponsored by Corona, Uber, Philadelphia Weekly, and many more.
Need a little extra incentive? The Crawl is offering a free ride from Uber for rides up to $20, helping you to get home safely once you are done. The promo code is WLBC2014 and you can sign up here, so there is no excuse not to check it out!
The World’s Largest Bar Crawl costs $10 for general admission and $25 for VIP. It will take place starting at 12 PM and running until 8 PM, encompassing Northern Liberties, South Street, Old City, Rittenhouse, University City, South Philly, Northeast Philly, Center City, Mid-Town Village and Fairmount. This event is not to be missed! For tickets and information, go to www.thecrawl.com and follow The Crawl on Twitter at @thecrawlphilly.
