Grammy-winning singer/songwriter, Emily Weisband, releases her new single, “Out of This Car,” available now on all streaming platforms.
As one of Nashville’s most sought after songwriters, Weisband continues to turn heads with her music. She’s written for everyone from Keith Urban, Hunter Hayes, and Lady A, to P!nk, Camilla Cabello, and Faith Hill.
Her new single is based on a personal break up in the very car that she’s referring to. “Out of This Car” begins with a beautiful piano ballad, which sets up the test of the song. I think anyone that has ever dealt with heartbreak in any capacity can hold onto this song for comfort, and reassurance that there is something after all of it. The song is incredibly well-structured, both lyrically and rhythmically, and the storyline is captivating from beginning to end.
“Out of This Car” is another single from her forthcoming EP Not Afraid to Say Goodbye, which will be released by mid-November!
