The bold and beautiful Brooklyn-based Har-Monique shares her brand new single, “Take Over,” out now, which is produced by kontrabandz.
“Take Over” is an excellent R&B track with elements of dancehall, reggae, and Caribbean Afrobeats that showcase Har-Monique‘s swagger in an incredibly produced, club-ready dance track.
Har-Monique is Monique Fraser who was born and raised between Brooklyn and Binghamton, New York. She discovered her love for music approximately 8 years ago when she met her now ex. She released one single and took a 2-year break, contemplating returning after a hard breakup.
In February 2021, Monique finally decided that “she wasn’t going to let a minor setback hold her back from her destiny and true passion in life, so she’s back and better than ever.”
Her self-titled album will be released on October 15th with 16 tracks, full of a variety of sounds: some dark, some pop, some a little hip hop and R&B, as well as her signature Caribbean Afrobeats.
