The chart-topping, platinum-selling hip-hip star, G Herbo, returns with his all-new, fourth full-length album, 25, out today. The record marks the delivery as one of the most important hip-hop statements of 2021 due to the vulnerability and rawness in his songs. The album features 16 tracks with 3 separate bonus tracks, including G Herbo‘s newest single, “I Don’t Wanna Die.”
The project speaks about the struggles of the Windy City and this generation, while illustrating it’s possible to build a future.
The album features incredible collaborations with A-list stars including Polo G and Tjay on “Cry No More,” 21 Savage on “T.O.P.”, and The Kid LAROI and Gunna on “You Can’t.”
After grinding it out for years in Chicago, G Herbo built an undeniable reputation for himself as a hard-working, grinding rap star, as well as a “staunch mental health advocate, and proponent for change in the black community.”
Following several acclaimed projects, his critically-acclaimed third album, PTSD, landed at #7 on the Billboard Top 200, received praise from Rolling Stone as “his most vulnerable album to date,” and featured one of the most important songs of 2020 – the platinum-certified title track, “PTSD,” featuring Juice WRLD, Lil Uzi Vert, and Chance The Rapper. That’s just the music accomplishments. He also launched Swervin’ Through Stress, a youth mental health program which was recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, as well as remodeling an old, dilapidated public school for a new community center.
