PAWS
Cokefloat

The brand new LP of PAWS is an interesting experience of old-school punk rock, floating melodies, and life experiences. The thirteen-track album includes a variety of tunes that are all introduced in a way that makes it hard to not listen to them. Gritty guitars and garage-band drums give the record a sound that’s reminiscent of punk legends Social Distortion. Lyrically, however, PAWS leans towards topics that are more influenced by the ups and downs of their lives rather than comments on political atmosphere and social issues. While not entirely unique, it is definitely not a run-of-the-mill album. Its scarcity of hooks may not appeal to many pop fans, but Cokefloat is sure to please any punk rock and grunge admirers.
