If you’re like me you probably don’t get the opportunity to go to the comedy club quite as often as you’d like. Thanks to Cameron Esposito that’s no longer an issue as she and AST Records are producing “Put Your Hands Together”, the first weekly stand-up podcast of it’s kind. Esposito is known for her effervescent storytelling and was named one of the top 12 Comedy Acts to Watch from LA Weekly. She’s a perfect fit to host the show, which is up to episode eight at this point. Esposito has brought in other talented comedians such as Anthony Jeselnik (The Jeselnik Offensive), Baron Vaughn and Aziz Ansari.
Each episode consists of around five to six comedians each doing a bit of stand-up, exclusive interviews with Esposito and other comics and the occasional improve or character piece. Overall an episode comes out to be about 75 minutes and the best part is you can get your weekly laughs free on iTunes.
