Crash My Party

Luke Bryan’s new album Crash My Party isn’t anything groundbreaking. He uses the same beer-guzzlin’ country style he’s used before, but this time it doesn’t have the same feel. His last album, Tailgates & Tanlines, solidified itself as a hit especially with the fan favorite “Country Girl (Shake It For Me).” Fans won’t be disappointed with this album but it won’t wow everyone. Bryan does take some risks with Producer Jeff Stevens by the use of bass and electronic effects, but that’s not enough of a risk to set this album apart from others. Overall it’s a decent album. However, if Crash My Party had taken more chances it could have been a hit, but instead it comes off as a your typical and generic country album.
