The alternative-rock band, The Nursery, shares their new video for the track, “Demons.” The new video is perfect for Halloween as it’s inspired by a mix of horror movies and the 1962 Salem Witch trials.
Their song, “Demons,” talks about the idea “of romanticizing the darker parts of humanity.” The band added in a bunch of creaks, echoes, and noise in the track’s background.
The Nursery was started by singer/songwriter and video artist, Alex Pulec. The band features songs about “intense emotions of youth, contrasting themes of fear, rebellion, obsession, desire and alienation.”
The release of their single, “Everybody’s Famous,” led to an immediate breakout, and led to more song rotation and press on mainstream and independent radio stations in Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
The band possesses this production style that mixes “the intensity of post-punk, psychedelic landscapes and larger than life melodies.”
