The Allman Family Revival will be celebrating Gregg Allman‘s birthday again for the fourth year in a row. The Revival will be held on December 11 at The Ryman in Nashville, TN. Tickets will be available beginning Friday, October 13 at 10 am CST. There will be limited and socially distanced, in-person attendance, as well as streaming options available. The Allman Family Revival began as a celebration of music and life in honor of Gregg Allman. He would have been 70. The Revival has become a special year-end tradition for The Allman Betts Band. In 2019, the Revival expanded from just San Francisco to also Denver and NYC, providing more accessibility to fans across the country. The 4+ hour-long shows features extraordinary jams from guest musicians including Robert Randolph, Marcus King, and Samantha Fish.
This year will feature songs from the Allman Betts Band‘s 2020 release, Bless Your Heart, as well as songs from their 2019 debut album, Down To The River. As always, they will also perform classic Allman Brothers and Gregg Allman songs.
