There is a lot happening on Borrowed Time, Far-Out Fangtooth’s second full album. There is a merging of styles that achieve a mystical quality. A beautiful alchemy of vibrant dark noise, moments of upbeat hover throughout. Far-Out Fangtooth manages to bring a live feeling from the studio which is far from an easy task.
The harmonies in “Mother Nature Fetish” weave perfectly into the music. The collaboration of music on “Girl(Like You)” make this a worth a sit down and listen. Musically solid, but not for everybody.
