Blood and Lemonade

It’s been a while since we have heard from American Hi-Fi, but with this new album the wait was worth it. This album shows more of a growth from the band both lyrically and musically compared to their past albums. Blood and Lemonade brings more of an authentic rock vibe back to music today. From the riffs, the hooks, lyrics, and melodies, this album has it all.
Some tracks that definitely stand out are “Coma”, “Amnesia” and “Killing Time”. In “Amnesia”, the listeners can experience a classic American Hi Fi feel to the song. “Killing Time”, released months ago, was rumored not to be making the final cut, but thankfully it did. You can feel the heaviness in the song as well as the drums and hard guitar riffs.
Ultimately, this album is exactly what American Hi-Fi needed. Coming back from their hiatus, American Hi-Fi has been able to become more of a developed band and have more of a mature sound.
