ALKE is thrilled to share the brand new single and music video for the track, “Gemini.” ALKE is Kelsey Karrasch and her partner, Jameson Flood.
In a press release, Karrasch explains that the song is about “falling for someone that you are, without a doubt, completely incompatible with,” Karrasch admits, hinting that the adaptability of the sign also makes them hard to figure someone out. “Sometimes it just ends in disaster. It’s easier to blame that on astrology than it is to blame yourself for having a type.”
“Gemini” opens with soft instrumentations, then explodes into shimmery synths and the beautiful voice of Karrasch. This reminds me of something that would be played on Radio 104.5. Take a look at the video below!
