Head to Hawthornes for a great cause! Hawthornes Beer Boutique & Gourmet Eatery presents the second annual Ales 4 Tails; a fun-filled block party loaded with beer, food, and live music all for a great cause Saturday, Oct 12, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. that will help to raise funds for PAWS.
PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society) is a non-profit organization that helps thousands of Philadelphia’s homeless, abused, abandoned, and unwanted animals with many services including medical needs and adoptions. Hawthorns has joined a great cause by helping to raise funds for the organization and providing awareness to the community about PAWS’ services.
The block party is happening rain or shine and there will be $5 beer discounts for all who come out. There will be live music by The Wallace Brothers Band, George Urgo Blues Band, and Minka along with tons of activities and over 30 different beers that will have everyone excited for a great day for an even better cause. Donations are greatly appreciated at the door.
There is no entrance fee, you pay as you go, and it’s a cash only event. Bring your dogs (on a leash of course), family, and friends to Hawthorns Ales 4 Tails.
