Latinx artist Sofia Valdés shares her newest single, “Handful of Water.” She’s also premiering a beautiful self-shot video set in Hawaii to complement the new single. Alternative and pop artist Valdés continues to pull a plot of her inspiration from her heritage, and “Handful of Water” is certainly no different.
This groovy and fun new single whose lyrics “sometimes drift into Spanish – an unintentional deviation that she ultimately chose to keep in the final version” to furthermore share her multicultural musical heritage.
The video is full of film from Valdés and others that really makes you wish you were with her. Its liveliness and inspiration shine through, and it’s just as unique and colorful as her music is.
