Seasoned veteran, pop-rocker and singer/songwriter, jefff, shares his latest track, “R U Hip 2 The Revolution” via Conch Town Music.
The Lebanon, Pa-born musician began playing music at a very young age of 7. At 7 years old, he began playing the piano and then began writing songs at age 13, while also studying jazz, music theory, history, and philosophy.
For 3 years, he was the frontman for the Massachusetts world beat band, Entrain. For the last 15 years, jefff has been based in Key West, FL. Throughout his time in Key West, he’s been able to jam with Jimmey Buffett, Zach Brown, and G-Love. He’s recorded four solo albums.
“The evolution of the human spirit and of music are inexorably tied to one another. If we are to survive and grow thru these strange and troubled times, the music must unite us with a shared vision, re-invigorate us and ground us.”
“I believe I am an integral part of this next level communication. I am excited by the opportunity today to explore new avenues of inspiration with regards to sweet soul music when the world needs it most; and I feel most ready when world calls on me.”
jefff will continue to share his vision through music in the fall when he releases his new album, My Last CD, on November 20. Recorded in Key West, the new record is a collection of funky island tracks, both live and in the studio, to “move your mind and for your ass to follow.”
