The Knoxville, Tennessee independent rock band, Sonic Fuel, is sharing their new single “I Will Rise” and accompanying lyric video, out everywhere now. The six-piece, led by David Hales (songwriter/vocalist/guitarist), delivers songs that are emotionally powerful filled with “musings on love, loss, perseverance, and injustice.”
David Hales‘ insight on the new single; “When someone you love decides to end their life abruptly and leave you behind, it is nothing short of devastating. ‘I Will Rise’ is an expression of determination; a cry out to the world that the darkness someone left you writhing in will soon be a thing of the past.”
Fans of similar melodic rock bands including Need To Breathe, Lifehouse, and Switchfoot, should appreciate the music of Sonic Fuel. The six-piece was formed by Hales and features Chris Robbins (rhythm guitar), Burton Akers (bass), Seth Hales (drums), Julius Blue (keys), and Andy Wood (lead guitar).
