The Mississauga-bred Ali Gatie shares his new music video for the single “Running On My Mind.” Directed by Russel Majik, the beautifully shot video frames the song’s sentiment and a grand performance by Gatie about a lost love.
“Running On My Mind” comes after the scorching track, “If I Fall In Love,” released just recently, and already has garnered over 4 million views. This track is the first that Gatie has dropped since his debut single, “What If I Told You I Love You,” swept the globe.
The 23-year-old Gatie grew up in Mississauga, right outside of Toronto, and has quietly astounded the music industry. Within two years of his first independent release, his total streams are reaching 3 billion views. In 2019, he released his debut EP You, achieved RIAA platinum for “It’s You” and sold out his first six shows in less than ten minutes. With “Running On My Mind,” Gatie continues to exceed expectations.
