It’s time to get your tickets for the Craft Beer Express. On March 8th, the pub crawl for appreciators of a fine brew will be ready for another round. It began with some ingenuity by Philly bar owners and if you’re excited by in-depth tasting events and have a passion that only craft beer can fuel, then get on!
Ticket sales are limited but they’re for sale online until the day of the event. There’ll be as many buses as possible that will run approximately every 25 minutes (points for not drunk driving because criminals aren’t sexy) and the tickets are $10 (that comes with a small processing fee which can be avoided by buying tickets from the bar.
Participating bars include:
Kraftwork – “anyone want to get high? We’ll have a stash of Grade A Liquid from the Rocky Mountains.”
Johnny Brenda’s – They’re celebrating year six on the crawl with “a wide array of local stouts on draft” including “Dry Irish Stouts to Oyster Stouts to Russian Imperial Stouts” so get rushin’ Johnny Brenda’s.
Kite & Key – who are aiming to set the proverbial bar as high as a proverb will go. They’re collaborating with Yards Brewing for a very special beer of their own.
There are more participating bars…many more. Check out the list at Craftbeerexpress.com
