Woodmere Art Museum doesn’t disappoint as their fourth annual Friday Night Jazz series, which continues until Dec 20 between 6-8 p.m., roars on after the October season opening.
This week’s performance pays homage to the first ladies of jazz with performances by local jazz vocalist: Michelle Beckham, Sherry Butler, Tonya Lynette, Pat Washington, Lauren Lark, and Jackie Joyner. The ‘Jazzy Divas’ will sing along with the Arpeggio Jazz Quartet as they serenade the crowd with beloved classics.
There will be something for everyone (including wine) with live jazz performance every Friday until December 20th with a special holiday concert that final night. Tickets are a great price at only $22, $12 for members and no charge for children. Bring the family or have a date night at the Woodmere Art Museum.
